If only I can give 10 stars I would. Walid is really reliable and honest. His men are very fast but they did very good work. I had my whole house floors changed and mind you I have a lot of furnitures to move. They didn’t complain at all but so willing to move everything. My wife and I are so happy we hired Walid. They even did some work in my bathroom without charging me. Walid knows what he’s doing and he does good business. I highly recommend him if you are going to do some work on your floors.

I needed to recarpet an entire house, inexpensively and quickly for sale. Walid at Flooring Pro 1 provided excellent advice and suggestions for a neutral color. Installation was handled professionally and installers checked their work one final time before leaving. Excellent job!

Walid is excellent to work with! His crew did a fantastic job replacing or laminate floors and carpet with LVP! The whole process from quote to completed work was less than a week. His crew was in and out in 5 hours leaving my house emaculate once finished. They even repaired a door for me and installed a storm door while here. Great company!

The installation team consisted of two flooring pros. Quan and Carlos were great. They completed the job the same day. Once complete, they left my space clean and replaced my furniture and rug.
One month later, I still feel as if I'm walking into a new home. My experience with Flooring Pro 1 is one worth repeating. I'm excited to have them replace the flooring in the rest of my home in the near future.

Hello, We looked at numerous other flooring companies and was given the best service and price with Flooring Pro-1 . My wife and I finally settled on flooring choice and scheduled a day that worked for use and Flooring Pro-1 sent a double sized team and they both moved our furniture with care and began removing the old floor and once old floor was removed they cleaned up and began installing the new floor. Of these, Walid (Who is the owner) comes to your home to deliver a realistic, all inclusive quote (Lists exactly what you are getting). You can tell he genuinely cares about your flooring and your overall experience from the moment he comes into your home. He brings in samples of only the highest quality materials and doesn't try upselling you a bunch of extra unnecessary items (I know this because I went to the manufacturers site myself and double checked his pricing). He doesn't charge extra for small things

Hired Flooring Pro 1 to install glue down hardwood floors in my home in Locust Grove, GA. A week goes by and I noticed a loose board as I step on it. Another week goes by and half of the glue down flooring is peeling up, approximately 400 sqft. I call Walid Damisi the owner and tell him about the problem and he says I will send someone out. The guy never shows up or calls to fix the repairs. Mr Walid Damisi uses subpar contractors to do his work and then leaves the customer hanging. I wish I never hired him. I'm pursuing a lawsuit!

I waited 10 years to have my kitchen floor sanded and buffed. Flooring Pro 1 was recommended by a friend. By the time I found a company I also decided to remove carpeting from the front stairs and upstairs hallway.
The owner met with us and made recommendations. The company and their workers were punctual, courteous and I feel did a fantastic job. With the amount of work performed it was completed in 2 days. The owner, Mr Walid, checked in several times and at the end, once we all were satisfied, payment was made.

Absolutely and positively pleased with my floors. The crew was professional, all my questions were answered, and deadlines were met. I have no complaints.
