I was very impressed with Mark and A.D. from the very first time I talked to them on the phone. They worked together to answer my questions and help guide me, at the time we were seeking to just purchase floors and not a company to install but even though I wasn’t seeking their services they didn’t brush me off, they told me the best place to purchase hardwoods and the best value for my money. PhD Hardwood Flooring was referred to me by a friend who was happy with the floor installation that they did for him (he is having them back to install more flooring later this week). I needed a section of hardwood flooring repaired (sanded and re-finished). The team was easy to work with from the beginning. They arrived when they said they would. One manager started up the work and another stopped by later on to make sure the work was going well. The two guys doing the work were professional, neat and friendly. The floor looks great now! The level of quality and service PhD flooring provided was in a league of its own. Our floors came out perfect. They matched our existing floors perfectly, leveled the floors, addressed any imperfections, and added quarter mold. And they were patient with us as we kept changing our minds on floors, even telling us that it's no problem for them to return floors they already received from the manufacturer.
