I am so happy with my floors! Bob and Gina are so knowledgeable and professional. I looked at other places but, I'm so glad I chose local people who care about my wants and needs. I certainly recommend them. I had my entire home done and their contractors were prompt and great! I will recommend to anyone needing their floors done.

What a fabulous experience! Wonderful choice of flooring options and we found just what we wanted; something we couldn't find anywhere else. And we got a great price and 3 day turnaround. Our general contractor was happy and we were ecstatic. We can't wait to see our new floors. We will be back for Gina's expert advice.

Gina Orsburn is very rude and a terrible person to communicate with. She is extremely fake and very short tempered. She seems nice when everything is going her way, but as soon as a small mishap happens she turns into a complete nightmare. If there is small issues she will curse at you and hang up. I do NOT recomend doing business with her do not buy from her and avoid her at all costs!

I cannot say enough good things about these folks. We had gotten four bids to replace about 400 sq ft of flooring with vinyl plank. Their bid was the second lowest but we chose them because we felt they actually cared about their customers. We were right. They made sure that we were taken care of in every way. Each and every flooring need we have will be taken to them and you should too!
