They are available in a waide variety of species such as but not limited to maple, oak, birch, hickory, ash, cherry and many exotics. Standard thickness are 3/4" and 1" however; custom thickness are also available.

When we purchased a home in Prosper, we wanted to complete the hardwood floors in the home. The first floor had hand scraped hardwood but the second floor was carpeted. We wanted to add flooring to match throughout the home. Our first stop was to Home Depot and Lowe’s. Both companies were unable to provide the service We desired. They recommended engineered hardwood or laminates and really just couldn’t answer our questions to our satisfaction. Based on a neighbor recommendation, we called Randy. We had had wood treads and risers put in at our previous home so when we moved, we reached out to Randy to get a quote to replace the engineered wood and travertine for nail down wood as well as to completely replace our stairs (treads, risers and spindles). He was expeditious with his quote and worked with my budget to ensure I got what I needed. Randy worked on replacing carpet and installed solid hand-scrapped hardwood flooring in my home and did a great job. Randy himself and his crew were very professional and completed the job on time. I have hired Frisco Wood Floors twice now to install my floors. I also chose to have them install my hardwood floors in my home instead of using the custom home builder’s flooring subcontractor. Liars - including the fact that they say they guarantee your satisfaction. But if u r not satisfied, they will not do anything about it, after they do a shoddy job, they are not on time, they are not reliable, they do terrible work, they left our place messy, and the floors looked terrible, do not use them, and certainly do not pay them anything up front. U will never see them again. They r unprofessional, and horrible to work with - we will never use them again, they r the worst.
