Total Package Landscape, LLC was founded by Todd Paparo, a 29 year veteran of residential landscape design and installation work and customer satisfaction in the green industry. His vision is dedicated to delivering the highest quality work, customer service, along with a sense of innovation, friendliness, individual pride, and company spirit.
Hardscaping is defined as the use of man-made or natural stone features used in landscape architecture, to create retaining walls, walkways, patios, and outdoor living spaces. No matter what the project calls for, our highly skilled team of designers and ICPI certified hardscape installers can install any project on your property.

Been a client since the beginning of the season. However since the middle of august my yard hasn't been serviced. My fiance and I had covid at the end of august and missed alittle over a month combined. We were home. My fiance has called often. No return phone call, nothing. We both have sent emails, no response. They sent us a bill for services rendered, but havent been out since the middle of August. If you want your money, please cut my grass

Lacked appropriate communication and professionalism. Needed to follow up several times to finally get an estimate that was promised on two separate occasions but still never received. Can't speak to their work because their initial interactions were enough to make me go elsewhere for the job. If you don't have basic customer service as a business, how can I trust you with the work itself?

Great company. gave me a reasonable price and got my porch up fast. the workers are awesome, very interactive when i asked a million and one questions and they never threw me an attitude! the people in office always got back to my calls and the receptionist was super sweet. will be going back to them for all of my landscape and project needs!
