I've been having issues with my a/c actually since last summer but kind of procrastinated. So I call my guy, my installer and got an answering machine to call back Mon. Called at 5:30 p.m. after getting answering machines from other companies. Owner answered and said he could have someone out at 7 a.m. the next day. So we were heading into a spell of very warm weather and our air conditioning condenser was making a very nefarious sound! Uh oh! The folks that we had been using never bothered to return our call so we looked up local service companies and luckily we found ECE 🙂 Spoke to Eddie on the phone and he sent over Rob who we were very impressed with. Lickity split and in no time at all he repaired the issue at minimal cost. Now we KNOW who to call!

AC in house was progressively blowing warmer air for years and had a guy come out last year to tell me everything was fine... I choose this place because of the great reviews and a family member recommend them. I called for a check up and Eddie told me he will come and the charge for the service I was ok with it. The day of the appointment he didn't showed up he told he had an emergency somewhere that he will reschedule, but I did not hear from him ever since, he did not replied my text. I took my business somewhere else and they came in right away and guide me about my boiler. Now I'm getting it replace with a new boiler and upgrading my water heater system. Don't let the reviews fool you.

I had an issue with my oil furnace and from the minute they walked into my home, it was obvious they were very knowledgeable and highly skilled. I called this morning (Sunday) after a quick Google search. The reviews were excellent and now I see why. I left a message and within 10m Eddie called me back. I explained that the call was actually for my parents home due to them having no heat overnight. He was very accommodating and said it would not be a problem to get out there today. Did I mention it was like 25 degrees and getting colder in their house as time clicked on? Happy to report that the service call was completed and fixed very quickly! Gas boiler in place I'm renting stopped working and Being handy I told him what I had done and what was replaced by me. Of course the place I'm in is not really for winter use and it started snowing!

Our central air conditioning unit stop working during a heat wave; we scrambled to find a company that would make a house call on a Sunday. We found ECE Air on Google and called them on a Saturday evening. The owner Eddie answered the phone and came to our house Sunday morning and was able to fix it very quickly, just had to change the capacitor. He was awesome! Friendly, competent and a super hero to us and our dogs! We highly recommend this company!

In just one hour from placing a call to ECE Rob arrived at my home and identified the problem with my central air unit. The repair was made in less than 30 minutes. Apparently mice made a nest and chewed through wires causing the capacitor to malfunction. I'm very grateful my issue was resolved for 250.00 and Rob gave me advice on how to prevent it from recurring. Eddie could not have been nicer on the phone. Hoping not to need these guys again any time soon, but if I do I'll be grateful to work with them again!

Long story short, Ed and his crew are simply awesome. We had 5 estimates done and met with many companies. Ed and his team were the most professional and bottom line is that they did an incredible job. They completely gutted our old central AC system and installed a new system from soup to nuts. They took complete care of our house and my… family. Both installers were incredibly professional, neat, clean, and did an amazing job. Everything was so thorough and the system rocks. I HAVE AC AGAIN!!!! Thanks to Ed at ECE Air! This man is a God send. Came out today (on the holiday) after calling him after hours last night. Who does that?! He does!
