This company is a joke and false to their mission statement on the Fence-World.com website. I've had ongoing issues with the double gates they built and when they come out and attempt to address the problem they just put a band aid on the issues. Their solution is to put more holes in the panels and move brackets around, result...Unevenness, cracking, post are not level, not stable, and screws are popping out to name a few concerns. Employee rep comes out, takes a video to support his concerns with the workmanship and agrees the work performed was done incorrectly and should be corrected.

We cannot get anyone to return our calls despite multiple messages regarding a warranty fence repair after high winds a few weeks ago. We were also going to request a quote for another fence, but not with such poor service. I’m really disappointed as we’ve spent thousands on fencing with this company. Stay away from this company since apparently they won’t take care customers or stand behind their products. A simple call back would be appreciated.

Marteen and holly are amazing. The installers do quality work and settle for nothing less but perfection. I received quotes from multiple fencing companies for my chain link and fence works beat them all. Their normal pricing beat everyone I got a quote from. I didn't have to haggle or anything. Due to an accident, we needed to have our chain link fence and double gate replaced. We called Fence-World for an estimate. Martin came out to give a free and thorough estimate. We chose to have this emailed to us so we could send it on to insurance co. The invoice was very detailed and he attached an aerial photo/diagram indicating location of damage and measurements. This was very helpful. When we gave the okay, we had a date and time for a crew to come start working. Holly called prior to the appt to see if they could start earlier. Horrible service. Don't know how to communicate. They say they are going to call they don't. I had to reach out twice to see if they were going to do the work said they had me schedule a certain day didnt hear anything. On the day they were going to start work nothing. Reached out to them it was wrong day just a very Unorganized and no communication at all. Thank God I canceled before they did anything .

Update to my earlier review. After speaking with George and having him come back to look at the installation everything has been corrected. Everyone has bad days, but the company did take the neccessary steps to make the situation right. Our fence was removed and redone as we requested. It looks awesome! And functions great! The crew they sent out was also top notch and did a great job! Thanks again guys!!

Called them on a Wednesday to get an estimate they said the soonest they could get to me was the following Mondday between 4:30-5:30pm which I accepted. The day of the appointment I called at 12:46pm to confirm they were still coming at the scheduled time which the lady confirmed. My sister drove to my mom's house which is about 30 minutes away to wait on them and they never showed up. She called at 5:40pm and now answer. At 6:15pm I get a phone call saying he was stuck on a job but he could head over....they delayed our project by 6 days. Prepare to have your time wasted.

I am somewhat surprised and confused by the current reviews. We are completely happy with the work of Fence-World. We initially had a security/privacy vinyl fence installed between our house and the neighbor. Martin came to our home on the appointment day and time to give us an estimate and with sample material. The cost was fair and very competitive with the large home improvement stores in our area. Worst company to ever do business with they called me gave me an estimate right away my job was supposed to be done on Wednesday they called me and said that they would be there Thursday morning between 8 and 10 they showed up at 12 o'clock Thursday .They were supposed to show up Friday to finish the two day job in the morning and they came at 12 o'clock again.they broke a gas line and try to charge us for it when the foreman said it was a rookie mistake and they're trying to charge us for their mistake.When they showed up late on both days no one bothered to call and let us know

My parents and I saw this company at the Home and Garden show, where we gave their information to the gentleman there so that he could come to their home and give them a quote on doing fencing for their backyard. The gentleman said he would be contacting them the next week to set up an appointment. Two weeks later and they have yet to receive a phone call. I'm not sure why you would be at an event to promote your business when you are apparently not prepared to follow up on your promises.

Very poor customer service! They couldn't even keep an appointment. I waited for over an hour for the guy to show. I ended up calling the office. They told me he was running late and that they were going to have to reschedule. If they would of called ahead of time I would have completely understood. Instead I waited for nothing. I had hoped for the best when contacting this company. Upon calling, the women that answered my calls were both extremely friendly. I have nothing bad against their friendliness or customer service.
