About Us - Fedyk Builders Inc. was founded in 1980. Since 1980, we have built over 400 homes. In the beginning, we bought individual lots and built homes in many different existing communities in Rochester. Community Ridge - a rental community currently being developed off of Furnace Road and Community Lane in Ontario, NY. Our family-owned business allows us to be closely involved in every step of the process, giving your home the individual attention it deserves.

My wife and I and our 3 children moved into our new home in September of 2016. Though our experience throughout the building process was exemplary, we wanted to save final judgement until after having been living in our home for at least a year. They are also very durable because they are finished with NuOil(R) which uses proprietary technology in the application of numerous coats of oil finish in the factory.
