Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Hard to recommend a company who you contact for their so-called free estimate, send them an explanation of the job, send them pictures of what is required, and then we never hear back from them. Either they can’t do the job or don’t want to. But, they don’t communicate either way. Notprofessional!

The first portion of their work was excellent. As they got to the final rooms, they were running out of time and the sheen was inferior to the first portion they did. They were supposed to fill holes in the travertine tile. I called them back three times and each time the receptionist said that (Mike) would call me back. After being completely ignored I patched and filled the holes myself. Disappointed.

I feel compelled to write this note of praise and gratitude this past Friday on Good Friday, March 30, 2018 proved in fact be a "Good" Friday We contracted with Lytell through Chis the sales Rep to have our 25 year old kitchen floor cleaned, blended and resurfaced to match some recently installed replacement stone for an on going kitchen renovation project. He put us in contact with Ashley. she sent us Lief.
Lief arrived at 12:30 with a clean truck and all necessary equipment after introducing himself to myself and my wife and looking at our job he assured me that he could make us happy and blend

The polite and efficient technicians arrived in a clean company vehicle, prepped the extensive area around the marble to be polished, and spent more than a week bringing the dull marble to a highly reflective state. Following polishing the technicians removed all tape, dust curtains, and floor runners and swept the work area clean. Before departing we were given helpful suggestions for maintaining the luster of this notoriously soft stone product. All in all a very satisfactory experience with this vendor and we will use them again for our granite projects.

After recieving several estimates, we decided to go with Jim Lytell. Their reputation is excellent in the community and they surely have earned that. Being from New York our standards tend to be set high and I found Jim Lytell Inc marble restoration company's professional manner to be right on par with our expectations from start to finish. We had just bought our home in Old Naples so Jeff did a complete restoration on our marble floors, thoroughly cleaned, polished and sealed our pool deck, and re-polished our countertops paying the utmost attention to detail and clean up. Jim Lyell cleaned and sealed my stone floors on August 22 & 23. The technician's name was Chris. He did a great job! I'm very pleased with the results, and Chris managed to make the two-day project painless for my husband, me AND my dogs.. He protected my base moldings, cabinets and appliances so there were no nicks or splatters left behind. I will certainly use Lyell again when I next decide to clean the floors, and I highly recommend them.
