It was okay, took my fiance up there to get a key made and this random, suspicious looking short guy comes up to my car and tried to open my car door! No announcement or Nothing‼️ (Thank God I locked my doors beforehand)! Then he presses his face up against my window to look inside and said, "I'm the key guy!" And I replied, "Okay?" "What do you want?" Then he proceeded to try to open my door AGAIN! Then pressed his face back on my window and said, " He ain't leave a key in the door? Where's your key?" I then replied, " My car is not in need of any service! There is no key in here!" So he got

First time here. Located on Covington Hwy, next to the car wash. Very confusing place. Several businesses on location including a car dealership. Not a lot of parking. Masks must be worn before entering. Window tinting is in the rear of the location. They do remote keys. The young lady told me $50 then when I returned a young man told me $140. Not sure of the difference in pricing but it should've been checked the first time. Small waiting area with tv. Outdoor seating also available. Check out my pics and video for more info.

Very professional, fast and best prices in town. I needed a fob and key made for a 2013 Cadillac. They actually had a fob on-site. In 15 minutes I had a fob and new key!

They provide a great and efficient service. The price is fair, with many payment options. When I initially called I wasn't excited about the lack of verbal interest on their part, however I still follow through and he is the same in person😂 however he's fast and professional.

They never answer the phone. Had to go in person after calling several times the day before just to get a service call. After all that the technician didn't even call to set up an appointment until 3 hours later. Luckily, I found another business that answered the phone promptly and called back within minutes to set up an appointment at a cheaper price too.

Got a working spare key in no time flat. The lady working there gave me the best advice she could instead of conning me into something that didn't work. They have lots of key options and the service was quick.. Great experience. Thank you

These guys are fantastic! They cut a new remote key in about 15 minutes. One dealership quoted me $400 to $600 for a duplicate key, which was insane. Don't go anywhere else o have your duplicates made!!

I'm not as a female, it looks kinda weird the long ramp. However, you walk in and you see these guys mean business!!! All kind of keys, friendly service, professional and my favorite part is they are fast!!!! Organized service, while one was running the key, the others were processing other parts. They worked very well together. Those young men are doing their thing in there for sure!! Will have to return to get my other car keys together and I look forward to the same great service. Nice job guys. Even the trainee was proving good works. 👍🏾
