BIM to FM projects should be set up with the "end in user mind", meaning FM, Facility Management, must define what data, should be captured during design, construction, and handover.With my years of construction experience and my education in Drafting and Design using applications I am able to create something where there is nothing.
The picture above is a project that we didn't have yet. The issue was the two power lines close to the property. The owner wanted to know how we where going to proceed with the power line so close if we where rewarded the project. The project was not in 3D so I quickly massed the building and garage to scale on top of a civil PDF with the power lines in place.
