Subject to termination fees if you elect to terminate agreement before the end of your term. Terms/Rates are subject to change based on prime rate, market conditions, company's discretion, and/or any other outside factors. Once note is effective, rate will not change throughout the duration of your term, but renewal will be subject to potential rate adjustment and disclosed to Note Holders prior to renewal being effective.

I have now been promised these things will be fixed and given all the excuses you can think of.
BEWARE of trying to work with anyone at Signature. Empty promises and extremely low quality work is what you will get.
I have contacted your office. By phone, email, and a service ticket and so far nothing but a response to this post and an email regarding this post.
The pictures below are where Signature came in to fix their drywall. I was initially grateful they let me come in and paint myself. Once I started and had to spend hours picking off chunks in the texturing, I was not as grateful. Some

If i could give negative stars I would.. We've lived in our home for about 7 weeks. I won't even start on the process it took to get here being absolutely horrendous, but the quality of the home is about as good as their service. (Trash).
Our final walk-through they were cleaning water out of our basement, my infant TOUCHED a wall and paint chipped off, and heaven forbid you sit on a chair your flooring gets a dent in it... 🙄 the list goes on and on... They tell us to put in a work order for things that need to be fixed after moving in and then don't show up when they say they will, then completely

I live in one of your past projects and honestly, who designed these things so poorly? Your engineer needs to listen to the people who are going to live in these because it is almost impossible to get a medical stretcher in, only fire exits are out a 2nd story window if the garage is on fire, no fire suppression except a little fire extinguisher MAYBE NEXT DOOR OUTSIDE, air flow sucks causing higher energy cost, no snow pile areas thought of so roads get blocked. Try a deck out the bedroom or living room. Get a real electrician to figure out internet and light switches that are terribly placed

They built our house and we love the house. The only issue we have had is we closed on our house in the winter. There were items that they couldn't complete due to it being winter and now we were told that we are not a priority for them. Would not recommend closing on a house with them during the winter months.
