My wife and I have been dreading getting our roof replaced, but we knew it had to be done. We had several people refer Rapid Restore to us, so we gave them a shot…boy are we glad we did. Not only was their price the best but they treated us the best as well. From the salesman, to the guys in the office, to the foreman on duty the day of our appointment, they were all very professional and accommodating. They even hung a couple of flowerpot holders we had in the back that my wife had been wanting to get up. Not something they had to do but they did it for us anyway. I would recommend if you are

From start to finish Joe and his team were unbelievable! Prompt response time and so patient and helpful with all of our questions. Our roof was damaged in a storm and even before we signed a contract Joe was nice enough to get on my roof and tarp up the space that was leaking since more rain was expected. Not only did they give the best estimate (out of 5 that I received) they were on time for install, professional, Angel had communicated with me the entire day with updates and the team left my yard immaculate when they were done! From the first meeting with Jake we were happy with explanation of what he could do for us and how the project would be done. The materials that would be used and how it solve our problem. He helped us maneuver through the financial end and we were all set.
The day of the work everyone showed up at 7:30 a.m. The project manager, Angel, introduced himself and they immediately surveyed the situation and set up protection tarps. After years working in the industry I pride myself when I was associated with companies that treated their customers with respect and being a customer I am thankful when I'm treated the same way. Service was AMAZING! Cleanup was thorough and everyone was kind and courteous. We had a small issue in that a small piece of our old roof came through a wall in our living room. Angel investigated, repaired the wall, and color matched the paint. The wall looks great and the roof looks amazing. Planning to use them again to redo the siding, too. Highly recommend.
