I was having issues with my hot water heater for about 4 days. I was getting the run around from a few companies. I reached out to Ray online (along with 4 other local companies) yesterday after knowing I needed to replace the hot water heater. Ray got back to me within minutes of every question I asked. His responsiveness and quote came in better than any one else's. He also was able to fit me in the next morning and others not for days. He understood that I have been without hot water for a few days and was getting desperate. I am having surgery Thursday and really needed my hot water heater
