I have worked with a ton of folks in the trades and Jeff is a rarity. He does what he says he is going to do, communicates very well (including texts when he's on the way), does excellent work, has reasonable rates and provides excellent customer service. A rarity. He has done excellent work at both my home and commercial locations. Fair, honest and takes pride in his work -- a true professional.

The professionalism that Jeff brings to his business reminds me of what great businesses supposed to do. They call you back when you leave a message; they give you a date to get the work done and they stick to that date; they show up on time; they do the job right; they leave the work space clean when done. They charge reasonable rates. If you want this in the plumber you are seeking, call Jucks.

I almost feel bad writing this review as I’ve had great experiences using Juck’s a few times, however, my most recent experience will have me looking for another plumber in the future. First, to be fair, this company is very easy to communicate with and schedule appointments. They call when they are on their way and send an electronic invoice to your email for your records.
My recent call to Juck’s was a complete oversight on my part. I had on again/ off again pressure for an upstairs shower. I’m the only one who uses the shower and assumed something beyond my control had to be causing

Juck's plumbing is great! Jeff and his partner were knowledgable, fast, and on time. They not only installed a water heater but converted my electric stove to gas and connected the water line to our new refrigerator when the store delivery guys couldn't. It was a joy having them in our home and thats huge for a plumber! Look no further!

I've been gouged by plumbers in the past. Juck is my new go to. Great first experience with a small residential valve/toilet job. Fast response time, totally professional work, very reasonable pricing.

Had three others places tell me they couldn’t come out, then Called Jukes about leak under the sink, he came out same day to give estimate, and scheduled immediate follow up to fix. Emailed me before coming, was courteous, very professional, and was out in exact time estimated, no surprises...Job came out perfect,and works better than ever! Juck's was there when I was in a bind. When all my local plumbers had answering machines telling me to leave a message, Juck's was there to take the call. When you have a leak, you can't wait too long for a response ,and there they were answering the phone and coming out immediately to get the job done. Juck's were very professional and had everything they needed to fix my old rotting copper plumbing that was leaking like crazy. They did the job fast, and the price was super fair. I will be calling them back soon to replace the rest of that old copper plumbing throughout the entire home. Thank

Bingo. Jeff responded to my call for valve and toilet replacement wicked quick. He and his tech were super fast, high quality, and professional. The pricing was totally reasonable. Last plumber I had definitely gouged me. I'm with Juck from now on.

Jeff both does the plumbing and owns the business so he is highly motivated to do good work.
He explains what he is doing and is competent, uses time efficiently, personable, and professional.
His prices are very reasonable.

My husband found a large puddle of water in our basement. We could see the water dripping from the floor above and traced it to our master bath. Put a large pail under the dripping water and started making calls to plumbers. Some of the plumbers he called weren't available and some just didn't return his call. Very frustrating.

Then there was Jeff. He called back soon after my husband left the message, which was on a SUNDAY. He normally doesn't work on Sunday, but understood our concerns with a leak. He asked a series of questions about the leak and said he could be there on Tuesday

Jeff is fantastic. Came out after hours to fix a pipe that froze and burst. Total lifesaver. Highly recommended.

Woke up to find water in the basement. No idea who to call. You hear all those ads on the radio. My friend said give Jeff at Juck's Plumbing a call. I spoke to Jeff who answered his phone right away! He came right out even on the weekend. Within no time. Jeff had the leak stopped. And then fixed the issue. He was great. Very reasonable. Was great to talk to and deal with.
Forget the rest. Call Jeff.

I had trouble and asked for recommendations. My friends told me about Jucks Plumbing. He came quickly replaced my outside water faucet and was very professional. I would definitely use the company again.

Life Saver!!! With three teenagers in the house, losing my hot water could have been a disaster. Jeff came out right away and had the hot water running in a short time. He saved me hundreds $$$ by replacing the thermal couple when I thought I was going to have to purchase a whole new tank.
