We service clients within a 50-mile radius of our offices in Blackstone, Massachusetts, and North Smithfield, Rhode Island. Joel came out to do a kitchen install for my rental property. He was very detailed with his estimate and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my fixtures, placement, and hardware before installing.
He was very punctual and professional both in person and on the phone. During the install, Joel came prepared, and was finished in a timely manner. He had to install a sink with fixtures, plumb in my dishwasher and water line to my fridge along with setting up a gas line for my stove. After the install, it didn't even look like any one was there!
Everything was placed perfectly, there was no mess or scraps, it was move in ready! I don't think I have ever met a more thorough plumber! He also helped me with my steam heat system and gave me really great home owner tips! I will definitely be keeping him for any future plumbing / heating issues!

Install whole house water filter.
My house is strange, and we had issues, but Joel was able to correct the issue. No more plastic waste and excessive trips to the dump. I have also used him to pinpoint plumbing issues correctly and helpfully. I have inspected Joel’s license, and he’s legit. He advises my plumbers as well.

This was a really good experience: showed on time, explain job well, give a reasonable estimate, finished the job very efficiently and on time, left place in perfect condition. Joel was able to provide me a ballpark quote over Thumbtack via pictures. We had excellent communication, scheduled an install date. I was able to pick out appropriate materials ahead of time with his guidance. They showed up on time, provided me an exact quote and got to work. The new shower/tub fixtures look incredible. Would highly recommend!

Would not quote or estimate installing a new toilet flange. Seemed to know his craft, but appeared more interested in replacing my entire plumbing stack with PVC (definitely a great idea) rather than quoting or estimating what I requested (leading in a new cast iron flange). He offered to come see the job and provide an official quote for a reasonable $29, which could be credited to any work performed if we used him.
