Not too happy to get a phone service that takes your information and then connects you with a "local" locksmith"
I had trouble finding an actual shop and while looking on Google, I found "Payless Locksmith Santa Monica" Their ads are misleading and
I highly doubt they are local.
You might be better off with the trusty old Yellow Pages to find someone nearby.
This was a waste of my time when I had a problem with my key.
If I could, I would give them ZERO stars for not helping and instead taking my precious time :(

My advice: NEVER EVER EVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They have no regard for customer service and their words mean nothing. I have been told 10+ times that a manager will be giving me a call about my situation and it never happens -- when I call back and demand to speak to a manager they put me on hold momentarily and then hang up. Then my calls were declined over and over and over.. I made the mistake of doing business with them because I was in a situation where I urgently needed a new car key and they promised me same day service (but didn't actually come until 4 days after that) and

I had several things I needed done and I was frankly overwhelmed by it all. I called to make an appointment and they were able to get someone out to handle it all in one afternoon, before I was even fully prepared! Not only that, but they also gave me excellent security advice saving me from a major vulnerability I had never even considered (neither had the developer lol!). Everything was handled to my satisfaction and beyond and I feel good knowing my property is safe.

I could not recommend this business more highly. I called their 24/7 number after locking the keys inside my automobile, and within 15 minutes there was a locksmith at my front-door. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you, Payless Locksmith, for providing such great service. Hopefully I won’t be needing a locksmith in the future, but if so, I will certainly be calling you!
