In 2005 Ken Carlson, Karma Carpet Cleaning's owner took a job with a very successful carpet cleaning business in the South Bay. Within a few years, Ken was promoted to lead technician, and later, manager. All the while Ken was a student at the University of California Santa Barbara. In 2009 Ken graduated college and moved to Hermosa Beach where he started his own carpet cleaning business.

I found this company on Yelp and with their impeccable reviews I decided to call. Lucky for me they had a cancellation the next day and offered me the appointment. They came on time , clearly explained the process ,and calculated the price before they started. They thoroughly cleaned 3 rugs and 1 large custom L- shaped couch with ease, battling tough pet stains.All my items were cleaned perfectly. I should note the 2 men who came were friendly, communicated clearly and went above and beyond, only caveat was they didn’t wear masks. I’m sure if I had asked they would have complied. I highly recommend

Ken and his team were amazing. Ken was extremely responsive and able to get me an appointment to clean my sectional sofa which very badly needed cleaning. His team was professional and explained the cleaning they would do and how much it would cost. There were no hidden fees or upsells - something I very much appreciate after experiences with cleaners who would quote you one thing, then get in the door, and the cost would all of a sudden be double or triple their initial quote. I would highly recommend Karma Carpet Cleaning and will definitely be using them in the future.

We were set to film at a house that smelled really badly of human pee. An old incontinent woman lived there. Ken was super friendly and responsive and got a cleaning crew out the next day. Ken was very knowledgeable about solutions specifically formulated to remove pee smells - both pet and human. The filming at that location went very well and everybody was thankful. You will not regret using their services. They are by far the best carpet cleaners I've had! they know exactly what they are doing, they are very professional and I couldn't be happier. My carpets are super clean and the icing on top of the cake is that they completely dried in a day and a half unlike the others where it usually takes several days with towels I lay down all over the house just to help soak up the extra water only to have dirt spots appear again once the carpets dry up. I highly recommend Karma carpet cleaners and will definitely be calling on them again.
