From start to finish we were walked through the plans, options, pricing, and time-frame. Price quote would have been right on but we made some adjustments and he didn't hesitate to accommodate. He has specific people he works with from his workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. And with that you get first class service and if ANYTHING goes wrong he fixes it.
