Very poor overall construction. Got the impression, their sub-contractors don't care about what they are doing. All they want is to get things done as fast as possible and move on to the next project. Drywall is finished poorly -uneven seams and many screws pop-outs. Cracks appearing in ceiling after only few years. It looks like drywall contractors used mix of nails and screws when attaching drywall. Cracks appeared where nails were used even though new house contract calls for screws to be used.

LHB is a total disappointment. We moved here from out of state into a new build home. Within days, we had numerous issues (not just hundreds of nail pops) including joists coming through the ceiling, carpet tearing along the seam since the floor was uneven, doors unable to shut, uneven cabinets, and walls so wavy you could ride them. They delayed any repair work and told us we were expecting too much.
The poor work was so bad, the builder offered to buy the house back from us. 4 months after moving in. We had talked with a lawyer previously, as well as a structural engineer, who both said they

BEWARE!!!!!!
We are living in a nightmare because of Lancaster Home Builders!
OUR NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME had a blockage in the outside pipe before we ever moved into the home (as caught on our Ring Audio and Video Surveillance System from the Plumber himself).
This blockage caused our plumbing system to be backed up on the 5th day of us living there, causing the HOME TO FLOOD. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!
What did Lancaster Home Builders do to help us with this complete failure of our plumbing system? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
Once you sign those settlement papers, they wipe their hands clean of you! I

I’ve lived in 2 homes built by LHB and have enjoyed both. Most recently purchased a single home that is a real joy to come home to, My husband and I are completely satisfied with the quality and the value in our home. We had a minor issue after we moved in and it was resolved in a professional and timely manner. Just can’t say enough how much we love our new home.

Joe Nadu and his team of professions worked diligently to build a beautiful, quality home. The staff was knowledgeable and walked us through all of our options. We were able to get many upgrades while staying within our budget. My wife and I built our first home with Lancaster Home Builders and are very happy with the product. They seem much more available and accommodating than many of the other builders we spoke with. We also felt they didn't "nickle and dime us" with small changes to our home, making the price more transparent. Joe and his team were very helpful in addressing any small issues and answering and questions or concerns. We had a few questions/concerns pop up around the 1 year warranty and Joe was very happy to address everything. We are a little over a year into our new home and could not be more pleased

We thank Lancaster Home Builders for the great workmanship they did on our deck and also helping us start the framework of our hanging shelving in our garage. We appreciated David and Mike...what a great team! They were professional and courteous and worked easily with us throughout the time of the project. Michele at the home office was courteous and prompt getting back to us over the prolonged planning phase. We appreciate them so very much. Our project was a smaller project but they exceeded our expectations on our it! Thank u so much!

My husband and I were so excited to find the lot we did and lancaster home builders built our dream home!! The house is beautiful!! We have 3 boys and this home is plenty big enough for everyone to have there own space yet it’s open so when we’re all together we feel that too!!!

LHB built a beautiful home for us! It was finished on time and done to perfection! We had a considerable number of customizations and asked them to do things they don’t typically get asked to do, but none of it was too challenging for them and they did it precisely how we wanted. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was very professional and cared about our satisfaction. I highly recommend Lancaster Home Builders to anyone looking to buy or build a new home!
