Scott founded the company in 1988 after 20 years in construction. His vision was to provide a custom home option to the lot owner who didn't think it was possible. Over 30 years later, over 2000 families have realized that possibility. Scott and his wife Renee enjoy golfing and spending time with their grandchildren.
Jen joined the family business in 2001 and is well positioned to lead the company into the future by continuing her father's legacy of providing beautifully built custom homes. Jen continually strives to improve the customer experience by getting to know each client and monitoring the progress and quality being built into each NDI home.
Jen graduated from Virginia Tech, and enjoys cooking, golfing, and spending time with her husband, Paul and children, Nathan and Andrew. Adam created our Site Development Division in 2007 and ran it for 3 years before transitioning into operations management. In 2013, Adam was promoted to Director of Construction Operations, and to VP of Operations in 2017.

One of the most common question from clients with a demo is when do I move out of my house? You don't want to move out too soon or else you will be paying rent or staying with friends or relatives. I called to see if i can get help like everyone but when i got in contact with someone called Doris picked up .. i let her know that someone referred me to them and that i wanted to see what they can do to help me out and introduced myself but then Doris very very rudely just hung up the phone on me...i needed help and that is not how you conduct business. Nor will i ever do business or recommend this place ever because of Ms.Doris.

I wanted to take some time to share my experience working with NDI Homes. Building a home is a big investment and I'm glad I took a chance with NDI. They were very helpful, responsive and efficient in the whole process. Also, they LISTENED to my requests and concerns. (I personally feel that listening to their customers is a major skill to have, Kudos to NDI for that rare skill).
From beginning to end, they were there to guide me and answer any concerns/questions I had. NDI presented me with a detailed building schedule (phases) in the beginning, and I'm happy that they stuck to their promised

I built my new house with NDI and settled last month. Building housing in a lifelong investment and we are very glad to have chosen NDI as our builder. They are efficient, honest, good quality and flexible. It took 6 months from pulling down and finishing (we are not finishing basement) – very efficient with quality work! Building a house is stressful when you come with no experience and are not sure what to expect. NDI team helped greatly with this difficult process. I am very impressed with the team. We are very happy we built our forever home with NDI. They build a quality and beautiful home for a fair price. The NDI team was very helpful throughout the entire process, answering any questions we had and did a nice job explaining the various next steps that were to occur. They also did a nice staying very close to their proposed building timelines, absent any issues outside of their control. If we ever build again, we will go with NDI.
