Poor Customer Service
While not the original owner, I bought my house while it was still under Christopher Company's care under bond. They have since had to to replace my driveway apron to make it VDOT compliant twice. The first replacement was done in July and I am still trying to get them to fix the mess on my driveway now in November. (see pictures of concrete dust stains; this does not come up with a power washer!) They are not taking accountability for their contractor's work. I simply want my driveway to look as it did before they did all this construction. (also attached). I'm told it could

We have been in our house for 18 months past the one year warranty period and still have 7 major repair items that have not been completed. Even with documentation of our request prior to the one year they are a black hole and will not respond. The warranty department puts the blame on the homeowner and has no intention of fixing issues that were there when built. The most blatant is the nail pops and cracks that are supposed to be fixed. After one year have not been done as we have been told at least five times it has been scheduled with no results.

I have not yet purchased my new home with Christopher Companies but recently met with one of the sales agents and felt compelled to share my experience. Jamie was able to address all the questions I had in addition to providing material and photos of the plans I am interested in following our appointment. She took the time to go over the entire build process and set realistic timelines. I hope to return early 2022 to purchase a home with Christopher

We found our new home when we were driving by in the neighborhood and looking for new construction homes. We were initially attracted to the beautiful stone facade exterior, a signature of Christopher Companies. It was stunning inside as well; elegant features such as high quality hardwood floors to granite countertops, among others, come standard. Z-Wave technology package and tankless water heaters make this Green building uniquely futuristic!

Wow, The Christopher Companies truly are a Quality by Design builder! From their Sales staff to their Construction team, all the way through Customer Service, these people actually care, have integrity and do make dreams come true! There standard features are upgrades with other builders, these folks provide the best value offered in a standard package I could find around town.

The Christopher Companies truly cares about their customers and also the surrounding neighborhoods to not detract from the homes that are already there. Working with the Project Managers and the Superintendents during the building process is smooth and pain free. They are always there to answer your questions and calm any concerns along the way. Once your home is built, the Christopher Companies has by far the best and most responsive customer service department of any I have ever dealt with. Talk to them, buy from them, and you will be a happy customer for life!

We recently purchased a home from the Christopher Companies – one we absolutely love. From the initial discussions at the model through post-closing the entire company has treated us as if we were part of their family – not a client. The care that they took in building our house, the quality of work down to the smallest detail, and the responsiveness to even the smallest question is exceptional. I cannot recommend this company more strongly to anyone looking to buy a new home. The entire team is tremendous and I would buy from them again without hesitation.
