Company needs to provide written estimates. Prices changed from verbal estimate, and the scope of the work was not completed as Metro said it would be. Also price went up from verbal estimate. After they said job is done I am grading portion of area myself and had to go buy sod To complete. This is after I had already paid to get it done. Protect yourself and get written estimate. Otherwise you will spend 1400 for a pallet of sod. it was a pallet plus 8 pieces. Brought price unfairness to owner but he has yet to return portion. Get a written estimate and don't be the fool I was to pay in full

My wife and I had a great experience with Metro Turf. Kenneth, the owner is very professional and caring. The crew along with Daniel, the Forman, works without taking a breath. My yard is beautiful thanks for the love that was put in it. They installed flag stone patios, a flower bed and zenith zoysia sod. Awesome people that will not disappoint. They worked magic in my frontyard, and it was well within my budget!!!!! Kenneth and his crew are so polite and professional, and actually show up when they say they would. They are very efficient and responsive to emails. I had contacted many landscaping companies in Douglasville, and no one was interested in coming out in even giving an estimate. Kenneth responded to my email immediately on a Saturday. I would highly recommend MetroTurf for any landscaping work that needs to be done. We used Metro Turf to overhaul our back yard, (we had some serious drainage issues as a result of the entire yard sloping towards the house). The work included stump grinding, some extensive grading and moving dirt to help with drainage, installing french drains, and putting down new sod. Kenneth and his team were all professional and courteous, as well as quick to respond to calls and texts, even with follow-up questions after the job was complete. Kenneth and his team did a great job on installing asphalt millings next to our driveway! They did a thorough site visit to understand our needs and were even able to extend the area a bit further than we had planned. As time is passing, the area is holding up against rain and use. We plan to use Metro Turf for additional work and highly recommend them.

My family was quoted an estimate over the phone by this company. The day the job was suppose to be completed no one came until 1.5 hrs later. No one communicated to us that other workers were stuck doing another job in Atlanta until I called half an hour past the scheduled appointment time. The other workers finally arrived and only worked for 1hr. The owner wanted to up charge my family stating his workers had worked over 4 hrs and would have to charge more to complete the job. Our house has cameras and we know when arrival and departure occurred.

Worse lawn service I ever had. Would not recommend for weekly lawn maintenance. They promised time and time again that they'd trim the shrubbery yet never did. The guy spent less than ten minutes at my house and never maintained my beds or trimmed the shrubbery which was part of what I was paying for. Many weeks, they didn't even bother to show up at all.

My husband and I just had Metro Turf Industries install new sod in our backyard and could not be more pleased with their work! Kenneth was prompt in getting a quote to us in a timely manner with a start date that was honored. The entire crew was punctual, courteous and professional throughout the day.
