We have used Big Red Mowing and Snow removals for some time! The work they do is sloppy! Trim work just simply not done! We are 75 years old and disabled so we can not go behind them and tidy up!
The last two years when they did snow removal they scraped a big patch of grass off if the yard along the driveway which we have to replace out of our own pocket!
The owner is totally unresponsive! We have called and left several messages to no avail!
The last straw was a couple of weeks ago and they did not close and latch the back gate! Our little Schnauzer got out and took off running! She made

Ok so me and my mom signing up with Big Red mowing a few weeks and ago. They came to my house and mowed but did no trimming, so I took pictures and called to let them know I wasn't happy and would like them to come back out and correct the work. The owner Jason called me and said HE would come and finish the work that next morning. The next day I come home and still not done so I called again and he said "they must have went to the wrong house" that's when I knew I wanted nothing more to do with this business.

After the kids grew up and moved out of the house, I did not want to start World War III by nagging hubby about the lawn - so I hired Jason and Big Red Mowing to take care of our lawn mowing. Phenomenal! They do a terrific job, extremely reasonable estimates, and I love coming home to a nice lawn. Hubby is thrilled there is no nagging!
But their services do not end there - we are now having our deck replaced, and called several places to see if they could take out the ugly, overgrown evergreen bushes and enormous tree growing under the deck. On a whim, I checked out Big Red's website, called
