Carlos at Dipauli Construction was a huge life saver and really wonderful to do business with! We purchased a home (sight unseen) and discovered a massive mold problem in our bedroom. We had to pull up the carpet and all flooring in the entire master bedroom. AND we were on a tight deadline because we wanted to move-in a few weeks later.
Carlos was referred to us by our realtors and was able to provide an estimate (VERY QUICKLY) during the inspection period so we had better leverage. He texted me throughout the job with pictures and status updates (we hadn't relocated to Florida yet) and answered

Carlos and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and the work is perfect! We had water damage and they rebuilt our AC stand and replaced damaged walls. It looks like nothing happened. His repairs are not only seamless but you can tell he takes great care in his work. He is extremely kind and trustworthy. I highly recommend.

There is no other company but DiPauli Construction that I would use or recommend. Their work is superior to all others and they clean up completely when they are done. I have used them for personal and business reasons, I had a flood in my kitchen and they were very responsive and had it all set up within an hour. I recently used them for mold remediation on a rental unit, the work was completed in a timely manner and done to set standards by the state of Florida. I will never use anyone else.

We needed mold remediation as well as the walls and ceiling reconstructed after the remediation. I highly recommend Carlos and his company. He was always on time, did exactly what he said he would do, stuck to the price given. Everything was professional, neat and clean. He explained everything and was very patient. I would use Dipauli Construction again for anything I needed done. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
