Sanford Carpet

We had Sanford Carpet & Flooring re-carpet our entire house. The entire process from choosing the carpet, to working through logistics, to the install was an excellent experience! Pearson and Lawrence couldn't have been more helpful with selections/recommendations while Jay and John did an amazing multi-day installation. Highly recommended!

Lawrence was very disrespectful to me and my children. He told me why do I keep coming there and need another estimate. After he told my two older children to stay in the front of the store because they wanted 6 ft apart. We were already 6 ft apart so it seemed like he wanted not to serve me. I am not trying to throw out the race card but it's almost hard not to by the way we were treated and looked at. I had spoken to his wife about an estimate from 2018, who was very helpful and nice at first. I had never met Lawrence in person until this encounter. We no longer needed the rooms that were included

Honest, fair, hardworking—from start to finish, the experience and results have been awesome. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would. Lawrence and Sandy are amazing and their installers were such hard workers! So impressed and pleased with their work.

Visited this company based on the recommendation of my new neighbor and a family member. Needed over 900 sq feet of carpet replaced in my new home. I was running into a problem of finding a carpet I liked but having a long (13 to 28 days) delivery time quoted. Not including scheduling the installation date on top of this.

I was looking to get carpet (in a rush) and came into Sanford carpet after several recommendations from neighbors on the next door app. I was a little overwhelmed by all the choices, but Lynn was so helpful and honest. The owner was also there and spoke to me briefly and was more than willing to work with me with short time constraints. Lynn even called me after work hours to confirm scheduling and fitting me in so my availability would work with theirs. I haven't had the carpet installed yet, but so far they have been amazing to work with and I'm looking forward to the final result

I'm a Realtor and used Sanford Carpet in one of my sales. They were SO accommodating, showed up and did their job as promised, and charged a very fair price. They were wonderful! And...seem to be good, nice people. Bonus!

I have used Sanford Carpet twice now and have been more than pleased both times. I don't like the Big Box stores because I don't know who they might send out to do the work. This Mom & Pop shop treats everyone with respect. They were very quick to schedule someone to come out and take measurements and then just as quick to perform the install. Price wise I don't think I could have found much better. Don't waste time going anywhere else. I know I will use them again if I ever need carpet.
