Over the years, Dean Marquette built several homes for himself and assisted friends and family with remodeling projects in the evenings and weekends. Each project intensified his passion for the industry and desire to help others achieve their dream spaces. It was that passion that drove Dean to resign from his full time job as a machinist and start Dercon Construction Services.

Dercon Construction was really wonderful for us. We had about 1,000 sq/ft impacted from water damage and reached out to Dean after looking up reputable companies on Angie’s List. Dean couldn’t have been more gracious in helping us during this time. While we knew insurance claims are often the less preferred work, Dercon still took care of us, providing high quality service and results. Our home has a lot of custom woodwork and Dercon made sure to match the expertise in the original design. Not to mention the entire team was professional and great to work with. I would absolutely recommend Dercon

We decided to remodel our outdated kitchen finally.. After countless interviews with contractors, we finally found one that took the time to listen to what we wanted to do. Team Dercon was amazing from day one. Conner spent many hours listening to us and helping to bring our ideas to life. His creativity showed us what we have been envisioning.

Highly recommend Dercon Construction Services. Used them for a master bedroom bathroom remodel, including master closet. Whole process was clearly defined, very professional, and the mess from demo and construction process was contained. The results are a true transformation with the addition of heated floors.

Just had our front entry doors replaced. Derek was very helpful in the decision making process of selecting the proper doors for our location. Installers Jeff and Phil were extyremely knowledgable and very proficient and it certainly showed in the wormanship and attention to detail they brought to this project. Very Very impressed with the crew and the company. Will definately use this company again and again.

Dercon recently finished our basement, and we couldn't be happier. Everything from our first consultation to taking pictures of the finished product was great. Conner, Stephan and the entire crew were great to work with. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with exactly what we wanted, that everything would be functional, high quality. Everything was also finished on schedule (or early!) and on budget which is always great! We cannot recommend Dercon enough.

I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but Dercon Construction deserves my time. From the start of our project's, to the final product, It could not of been a better experience. Not only would I highly recommend Dercon, but I would also recommend them to anyone in my family! The owner Dean and his entire crew were reliable, honest and most importantly went out of their way to make sure we were on the same page with them the entire time from start to finish!

Excellent work, professional people to work with. I had interior ceiling repair and painting done. Also roof repair and a new roof installed. Both crews were fast and did great work. Derek was quick to answer questions and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

Working for Dercon as a subcontractor has been a real treat! Dean and Derek are great communicators, thourough and honest (the good and the bad).
