Factory is a media company devoted to producing traditional and emerging digital platforms. The challenge was to bring together the different specialized departments from several buildings into one location for a more collaborative and efficient workplace environment. The suite incorporates multiple interactive functions while creating a spacious feeling within a small available floor space.
Complete demolition of the existing full floor headquarters to create a new design concept with special amenities to support the future workplace needs of this producing division of the Fox Television Group on the Fox Studio Lot in Century City, CA. BDA worked closely with executives to provide a modern aesthetic while capturing Fox Television's rich history and culture.
A private rooftop Penthouse Residence with expansive double height loft-like entertaining spaces, game rooms, and home gym coupled with a peaceful sanctuary primary bedroom suite and spa bathrooms. A collaborative process with the client during interior design and architectural services resulted in a unique environment tailored to the client's project goals.
