The property was not just inspired by the architectural stylings of Frank Lloyd Wright- it was in fact designed by one of his students. Don Erickson, an apprentice of Wright from the late 1940s until 1951, was hired for the project with a vision that was very much Wright-inspired. Recently our acquisitions team came across a unique find in the reclaimed timber universe.

I'd have to say that Pioneer Millworks was a great find. They were very willing to help me select the right product for my bathroom remodel. I received the order today. Oh my. How beautiful the product. Even nicer than I could have imagined. So impressed with the packaging and care for the shipment. Came all across the country - on time - no damage. First class!!

Ridiculous customer service. I have never ordered materials before and had the delivery driver tell me I need to unload them off the truck! That’s why I paid for shipping - to get them delivered! I thought surely there was a mistake. When I went back to Pioneer Millworks they said for them to take the pallet off the truck was an extra $1000. When I told them that was ridiculous and that’s not how shipping works they said “I’m sorry you feel that way”. So now I get to unload 1700 pounds of wood by myself.

Pioneer Millworks had great customer service and a great product. They were very responsive during the initial pricing and upon placing the order. They also followed up upon delivery to make sure everything arrived safely and as ordered. They were able to stay ahead of the lead time and I received my material prior to the originally estimated ship date. Everyone who has seen the install raked boards loves it. I would definitely recommend Pioneer Millworks.
