I hired Syphard Construction to coordinate repairs on my home after a toilet supply line had leaked. Brian Syphard gave me a realistic timeframe for how long it would take for the work to be done. This is important because he did not sugarcoat the fact that I would be out of the home for 7 weeks once the work got underway. In fact, Brian and Roger (the project manager) were very forthright and clear about what was going on and how long it would take and whether or not it could even be done. We had some bad luck with a leaking dishwasher and had no idea where to start. The team at Syphard Construction came in to save the day. They helped walk us through the entire process and answer all of our questions and make sure we had a plan setup for success. We are so impressed with this company. Brian and Shane took great care of us. We were faced with water in our house due to a mover letting the washing machine faucet drip for 5 days... these folks handled everything and made this process very easy! They even allowed our buyers pick paint and flooring within the same price range. In the end, we were left with a flawless repair that looked better than before the damage. I hope to not have to go through this again, but if I do this is the only company I will call.

We had a master bathroom renovation done after water damage was found. Syphard managed the project and used excellent contractors when in came to plumbing, cabinets, painting, etc. They were knowledgeable and quick to respond when I had questions. The job required them to work with our insurance company and the were able to provide the paperwork necessary in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them!

Brian and his team did a wonderful job fixing our home after a giant tree fell on It this summer. I was dreading the whole process of finding contractors, working with insurance etc... especially given half our home was destroyed. They certainly helped make a very bad situation as easy as possible. Brian and the insurance claim specialist worked great together which certainly helps.
