I have been buying firewood for the past 10 years for our wood stove. This is the first time I bought it from Arbor Tech and I am absolutely thrilled!
Normally, I get wood from vendors on Craigslist. I’ve had many problems with being shorted, too many pieces cut too short or too long, wood cut all the same thickness, excessive amounts of debris, wood not seasoned as much as I was told and most of the wood being round (from branches). The delivery I just received from Arbor Tech was none of that.

Cannot say enough about my experience with ArborTech. I had 4 trees removed that were in a fenced in yard near a house among many other trees. They arrived on time, methodically set up the rigs, took down the trees without damaging the surrounding trees and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend them. The entire team was wonderful however extra kudos to Randy and Kevin ( who was in the bucket for hours in the 95 degree heat), very professional.

contacted me. She said they had viewed the damage, and gave me an estimate, which I thought was more than fair. She told me that they
were very busy due to the storm the previous day, and that they would
get to me as soon as possible.
The very next afternoon Randy and his crew were at my door. He noticed
that when the tree fell, it split another tree, damaging it severely. He offered to take that one down as well. I quickly agreed.

I would give 5 stars for experience that we had with Arbor Tech few years back. Arbortech did excellent job when we needed them to remove a dead tree. Now we have another tree and we know that we want your service. We still do but when I called and the person that I talked to, made me feel disappointed.

Randy and his crew are professionals & personable. We've used them for numerous projects both large and small. From removing huge oaks and maples to trimming a rogue branch here and there. If you see something extra while they're working they try to fit it in. Randy explains the how's and why of what to trim thoughtfully. Their estimates are fair, they stick to their schedule, and they work around your shrubbery and home without causing damage. That's always a plus. Would highly recommend this company for your tree & yard work.

We recently recognized that one of our large oaks had about a third of its large limbs die off from gypsy moth caterpillar damage. The tree service we usually use was not responding to our calls and their mailbox was constantly full. After researching options through Google search, we chose ArborTech and are very glad we did.

The crew was professional and courteous. They worked hard throughout the job, putting safety first. They also cleaned up the debris and left our yard in great condition. It is with pleasure that I review Arbortech tree service! When I was in need of a tree service, I contacted three companies. The only company that promptly called me back was Arbortech! We set up a time to meet and then decided to hire this service. The initial meeting went well and I was very pleased with their professionalism and honestly. They gave us an approximate time to remove the tree and kept to their schedule! They were due to be here on Monday and upon their arrival, I greeted them indicating which tree needed to be removed. Arbortech came over the very next day I inquired about a quote. They put us on the schedule and informed us of the removal date. They came on the date promised, did all the work that was requested and cleaned up nicely afterwards. There are alot of tree removal companies out there but I would use Arbortech again and again. I give them a 6 out of 5 stars. GREAT JOB. Very happy with everything.
