I called to ask for some information for a range in how much stump removal typically costs, and the woman I spoke to seemed annoyed at my question, telling me, "That's not my department". I asked if there is a way to find out? I stated this a service I'm interested in having done. She told me then, "Oh we're booked out 4 months." I can't speak to what the quality of their work is, because apparently they don't want my business.

After a tree fell on our house after a crazy storm, I called great tree service early the next morning and expected to just leave a message but to my surprise, they answered! And despite all the other homes they had to service from that storm, they came out almost immediately that morning and took it off our house! Nick and his team are very friendly, professional and efficient! We couldn’t have been more happy! Thanks again!

I worked for the company under the table for peanuts, no benefits, I would never bad mouth anyone. I was treated poorly and have moved on to bigger and better things I hope the best for u. Nick I looked at you like an older brother and u treated me like dirt. I wish things didnt happen like they did. I gave everything every day to show my loyalty to you and I wasnt appreciated at all.

They made a huge mess! They did my neighbors trees and after chipping it all down, there were thousands of wood chips all over OUR lawn, sidewalk, tree belt, driveway, and roadside. I called the company and left a message asking that they please clean it up on their return visit and they did not acknowledge my call or clean it up. So unprofessional and SLOPPY!

I have about 10-12 arborvitae that had drooping branches, and I had no idea what to do with them. After attempting to tie them myself, I called these guys. Nick came by at short notice and took a look at my situation. After 5-10 minutes, he told me that there was nothing for him to do here. He told me that I should just take care of trimming the bushes myself and that all the things I thought he may need to do would damage my shrubs. OTHER LANDSCAPERS TOLD ME THEY WOULD TRIM MY TREES FOR ~$2000+. This kind of honesty is something to be valued, and that makes these guys good people to work with
