We used Jeremiah's Landscape Service this fall to build a decorative retaining wall, and to regrade and sod our backyard. Due to unexpected events, we had to interrupt the construction schedule on the day that Jeremiah and his crew were to start work. Jeremiah was extremely understanding and was so accommodating in rescheduling our work, despite the difficulties that it must have caused. Jeremiah was very helpful in presenting us the choices we had for both wall construction and sod, and he and the crews worked efficiently to complete the work.

The service was good but a week after the job was already done and I had already payed he charged my card AGAIN for an additional $300 for additional weight fees which he did not explain on the phone. He kept saying "it was in the contract". The dumpster I payed for was not even close to full however I was charged an extra $300 because of the weight. Once again, his team was very good but Jeremiah himself was very unresponsive following up to the job and rescheduled many times.

They just don’t reach back. I called twice to schedule an estimate for a project in my backyard, they said they would call back but it’s been almost two weeks since the first call and nothing yet. I understand they might need to prioritize bigger projects, but at least let me know you are not interested you know what I mean? Other companies did.
In the meantime, my inbox is FULL of emails from them. I don’t know why, considering they don’t want to be hired anyway 🤷🏼♂️

Jeremiah doesn’t bag yard debris and is environmentally unfriendly by blowing it in neighbors yards. They service the house across the street from me. I’ve asked this service not to blow the leaves and pine straw from my neighbors house over to my house on 2 separate occasions. So today I see they are blowing into the other neighbors yard. When I asked them not to blow it in the neighbors yard their response was “you said don’t blow it in yours.” Jeremiah told me it was okay to do since I wasn’t his customer.

Jeremiah and his team did a wonderful job on our backyard! It went from overgrown and completely unusable to a cozy backyard oasis complete with walkways, beds filled with beautiful plants and a fire pit area that we have already used every day since our project was completed. Jeremiah is very friendly and professional, got the work done in a timely manner and communicated well with my husband and I.
