Not sure why I am so deadly afraid of mice and rats but I am. I live in an area where these rodents like to roam and in an old house which offers easy access. I use Reliant because Bill is trustworthy, caring, and thorough in his work. He doesn’t hesitate to answer a frantic call or email and offers help immediately. Bill explains what he is doing to alleviate the issue and offers suggestions for further work if needed. Just seeing the purple truck offers me a sense of comfort. I know Reliant will fix the problem quickly and at a fair price.

Bill came in, found the problem quickly, gave me a quote, came back and 100% handled business. He buttoned up our house so much that I know we won't have mice again. He'll be stopping by soon for a follow up and to check traps but i doubt he finds anything In them. Affordable even though the original quote kind of shocked me out of not knowing the average cost. They were right in the middle of the road for price though and I would absolutely recommend them.

I have a minor bedbug infestation in my bedroom this summer. Bill was extremely thorough when he came to treat my home for mice. He treated internally, externally, and showed me how the traps worked. He came back a second time within days to treat my home again when I found the traps sprung, and my home has been clean ever since! I will recommend Bill to anyone that needs pest removal as I am extremely happy with his results.
