We called Clancy to service our properties in the greater Boston locations. The owner, Zac was responsive, scheduled walkthroughs timely and initiated trapping services on the same day. Clancy also identified pest issues at some properties with restaurant and food retail businesses, created a program and service plan for varying degrees of infestation. Paul arrived promptly as scheduled. He first listed to our concerns around the issue we were facing, squirrels in crawl space. He shared his understanding of best practices for how best to solve the situation. His assessment was to first set traps outside and then seal entry points has paid off. Treatment began on Monday and along with my active stance to often check by banging on areas to startle and cause invaders to disperse has driven them outside. Jessica was very responsive and provided a quote via email. When it came to booking, we needed to add on to the initial service and they were able to come out within a day! Zac was our technician and he was thorough, personable and offered great advice. They came back each day and provided a report of their findings via email. I love that they offered us a 90 day warranty as well. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends who needed help. Will absolutely use them in the future if needed! Thank you so much!
