The staff were extremely thorough and professional. I could tell they take great pride in their work and the experience was fantastic! I highly recommend this service. I wish I had 'before and after' pictures to show the quality of the job. The after pictures look like brand new carpeting!

Double N Services were OUTSTANDING! Super responsive and Norman did an amazing job making my old, heavily pet stained carpet, fresh again and looking like new! A few stubborn stains resurfaced, but they were happy to come back and retreat them until I was satisfied. Second time worked like a charm on those wicked stains. THANK YOU! Looking forward to coming back to Double N for some hardwoods in the future!

Fantastic job as always! I've used Double N Services for carpet cleaning in the past and will never use anyone else. Most recently they cleaned my outdoor carpet and cleaned and sanitized a mattress and of course did an excellent job. I called Norman to clean some carpets in a rental townhouse that had been occupied for 3 years by tenants that had a dog. While the carpets were quite dirty, his team made them excellent again. Norman was polite on the phone, easy to work with, and responsive. After their initial visit, I noticed a couple of minor little stains, and he had no problem at all scheduling a return visit and making it right. There are so many carpet cleaners in town, the fact that these guys stand behind their work and do what's right is what will keep me calling them back for other rental properties!

Once I found this company I knew from the first free estimate they were one of the most professional that came out of the dozens of companies I researched and called for my hardwood project. I met people that truly care about helping people and restoring value into the property. You can’t refer every flooring and water damage restoration company to everybody you know because some give off bad impressions and a lack of care when earning new business and then my people are connecting me to the less than favorable experience. This crew gets it and I feel like I’m giving real value to family friends

I called for an appointment to clean only my area rug. I was told I could use the $99 special and they could do my room, the hallway and my daughters room if need be to get to the 4 rm special but, mind you all I wanted was my area rug cleaned.
I waited at home all day because I was given an appt between 1-3pm. Once realizing the tech would arrive after 3pm, I messaged Norman and asked if I would receive a discount because his tech was not there. I got no reply.
The tech eventually arrived and said he would have to TAKE my $1000+ area rug with him to be cleaned at another location for $50 pickup

Alex is fantastic!!! Painless process of setting up an appointment and getting a quote. They are easy to reach and communicate professionally. Make sure to include if you have a hallway or a walk in closet that needs to be cleaned when requesting a quote, which I did not, but Alex was patient and courteous in working it out with us. I would have to say that I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning I've just had done for my high traffic living room and dining room. The guys arrived a little later than promised but brought two trucks so they could help each other out so they were done before I knew it! They were all very courteous and friendly. I will update in a couple of days after everything is dry and back in place.
