In regard to the Granger Pines community in Conroe, Tx -
I have had nothing but awful experiences with this company and their management. Despite me having a polite disposition and unwarranted patience, sadly, I have reached the point where I feel morally convicted to share my experience with the public.
From quality of craftsmanship to overall integrity of each team member I have come in contact with, their reaction to being held accountable was and continues to be treated as if it is my burden to carry and not their own.
My project manager Adam and, perhaps more notably, the area manager Johnny

Do not pay their sub-contractors the agreed price. They are full of lies and take advantage by offering to pay in cash with no contract THEN not pay. First America Homes seems to only care about building as CHEAP as possible.

This was the best home buying experience I have ever had. I have been trying to buy a home since 2013. Our Sales Consultant was the best she did what 25 other realtors couldn't. We were able to buy a home through First America Homes, Kristian Gomez was there for my hubby and I during all the steps. He explained the entire process thoroughly and 1,000 times if we needed him to. Since the 1st day he told gave us a clear picture of our potential and was very accurate. We signed a contract to build our home back in December 2020 with First America Homes. The folks at First America from the salesman (Jeremy) to the site foreman (Garrett) and everyone else were AWESOME!! Building a home in the middle of a pandemic was pretty challenging but they had a great team put together to navigate these challenges and complete the task. If I ever had questions Jeremy was always available. Even if it was his off day he always answered his phone and took care of whatever I needed. I would highly recommend these guys for your home your home builder.

Thank you First American Homes for making my first home “purchase” a nightmare. I was under contract February 11th, my closing date was set to be around March 10th. Multiple dates later they finally gave me a new one which landed on May 11th. Which was later pushed to the 13th after they found out I wanted my own inspector to review the house before I moved in. April 30th I was given a phone call from Cheryl Obrien who is a sales representative for FAH. She tells me they decided to not move forward with the sale. Thats it. Thats all I was told after patiently waiting and paying for all of the

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Our house was built not even 2 years ago and the counters have fallen off completely. Their response was they can fix it for a price... why would I get it fixed by the people who poorly built this house in the first place.. take your money and run the opposite way. Also their customer service is the worst. Such a shame.
