Caveat Emptor. I would advise you to read everything before you sign any papers. Take your time. Don't let anyone rush you to sign any paperwork or provide paperwork they say is necessary, but is not. Know your rights. Ask lots of questions. They won't like it, but you have to protect yourself, because they have no intention of protecting you. They are self-serving. Back out if it doesn't feel right. You gut instinct is probably right.

Critical: Responsiveness
Please save yourself some trouble, do not fall for the cute model homes they will show, their constructors do not know how to build homes a so your home will start fall apart after few years in.

As a customer: I purchased a home from Anglia Homes and was ok with the product. The Fulshear location was what I needed. I closed on November of 2019. Before closing there was an issue with the finished product. Both Anglia and I agreed that the kitchen exhaust vent would be moved after the close. The issues started when they wouldn't fix this issue that they said they would. We even have a signed letter stating they would fix it. Nine (9) months later the issue has not been fixed.
As an Agent: I was my own agent as well on this transaction. I was promised a $2k BTSA as an incentive and the file

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
This company screws over veterans. They called me the night before we were supposed to sign our contract and raised the price of our build by $30,000. That’s not how you do business and I hope you lose all business from here on out. Stay away from them and go with any other builder. I guarantee you will be happier

Never buy from Anglia homes. They will do whatever it takes not to put forth any effort under their warranty to remedy a situation , and leave you hanging every time. I have dealt with a faulty hot water heater system now for over a year. They have come out four different times resulting in four failed attempts to fix the issue. They recently informed me that they have FINALLY decided to replace the hot water system..... That was until today. They told me they want to troubleshoot it a fifth time and probably not replace it. This is both unprofessional and untrustworthy. It has cost me my time

The homes are not built with anything in mind but a dollar in Anglia's pocket. Concrete driveways are junk, A/C systems under size and they refuse to fix. Customer service is horrible. Do yourself a favor and buy another home!!! 1,800 plus sgft home 3 ton A/C system runs 18 hours a day documented and won't keep house cool Anglia turned a deaf ear. Driveway has no warranty and had to be replaced on my dime.

If there would be a negative start rating that I could give to this company I would. I purchased my home in october and I regret every day doing business with these people, stay away and go to other builders where they would treat you better and you would receive a quality home for your money. they will lie to you from they one to try to get you to sign the contract, they will tell you the best things and treat you like if you are family, when you close on the house they will forget about you, and they wont even answer the phone calls. The quality of the house is terrible, they would use the cheapest

Worst builders to deal with. Cheap material and awful customer service. Vp and warranty managers easily get away by saying we cant help as it's out if warranty.

If I could give negative 10 stars, I would. Do not do business with Anglia Homes. Please do your research before dealing with them. They are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and the their homes are not quality.
This company breached our sales contract the DAY BEFORE closing! They fabricated a story of some type of “dispute” to get out of our contract. Please do not waste your time, money, or energy dealing with them. Go elsewhere. Don’t walk away, RUN.

Be careful when buy home from this builders, after they hang the keys to you from that point you can’t talk or claim if your home have a problems. After our closing sell man hang us keys on that evening. We come by next morning to starting cleaning the house during we cleaning bathtub in my master bathroom we noticed there a chip in top of our bathtub, we submitted an online claim with a picture. But no one call back or reply our email, finally I called and get one of lady answer the phone, what she told me that during we walk through that I didn’t see anything wrong with the house, she not

My wife and I purchase our first brand new home with Anglia Homes and it was our worst nightmare! We were so disappointed that the warranty won’t cover our “concrete crack” in our driveway. We only live there for 14 months! They told us that the “concrete cracks” are normal and there’s nothing they can do about it! I looked around the neighborhood and didn’t see anyone house with the similar cracks like my house. My wife and I would definitely NEVER buy any Anglia Homes or recommend them to anybody!!! Don’t waste your time!

Worst company ever! Just bought my house few months ago from Anglia everything they used is very cheap quality. Electric wires, cabinets, floor already has crack in garage. Called my contractor they told me they used everything cheap and electric wire so even if you use your hair dryer your electric box tripped and you have to go outside to turn it on back. Already going thru a lot of issues. When we called the office lady is very rude. Please don't waste you money with Anglia Homes it's better you buy old houses from Westin and Gehan. I already have one Gehan Home was built in 2012 never had issue

I visited a home under construction in its final stage in Kingwood. Upon entering the home I started to notice the sloppy work! There were moldings on stairway that didn't even touch(gaps) They obviously didn't measure angles and length correctly. Paint splattered over wood stained rail handles. These are things that says "stay clear of these builders", crappy and rushed work. There were so many other things that caught my attention negatively! When I told the sales guy about this he suddenly raised his voice in a defensive manner to over talk me as well. That was also a sign

I would recommend that NO ONE buy an Anglia Homes. I know a natural disaster hit our area however Anglia Homes has done nothing to help the communities they are building in. They refuse to even answer the phone or return phone calls. As I rip everything out of my house that our family has only been in for about 30 days. They are still building houses using the wood that was soaked by hurricane Harvey. A simple helping hand to help clean up would be greatly appreciated, but apparently Anglia Homes isn't even worried about safety using water soaked wood to build a house just doesn't feel

Bought a home from them last year. Seems great right up until they get your money. Terrible customer service. Only receive 2 stars because I like a couple things about the house, but overall there is a lot of shoddiness to the build behind the scenes. Working with these people is akin to dealing with snake oil salesman.

Buyer beware. I'd recommend investing with another builder.

Please note that the only 5-star reviews you see are from current Anglia employees.
