This company is scamming people. This is NOT a VETERAN friendly company. They also seem to work with lawyers and others who are perpetrating thefts of estates after loved one's die. Three names of moving companies were given to me from these movers. Stoddard, Coeur D'Alene movers, and Alliance. Yet I communicated with the same two individuals everytime; Bob & Sandra. Sandra seems to be quite the rude scammer, in my personal opinion. I had to call 5 days straight to even pay the moving bill. I still had to wait weeks to get a bill of lading and had to threaten the estate representative I'd call

Contacted to have 1 room's worth of furniture moved across the country. Was quoted more than I was expecting, but was told to "move quickly" to lock in our move date.
Radio silence after making payment. Day before scheduled move, called in to try and get a time estimate. Was told that I was "on the books for Wednesday" - our scheduled date was supposed to be Sunday or Monday at the latest.
Locked in a new date of next Saturday (soonest I could be available again). Called Saturday morning and was told "We called the owner, we've got you on for Sunday."

It is hard to say we used them, it is more like they used us. The move was supposed to be one day, they kept changing it and pushing it back claiming there were no drivers available due to all drivers being pushed from California to Oregon & Washington... Odd thing is our load was in Oregon. We ended up having to get a Penske/Uhaul and do the move ourselves and then were denied the refund because "we can not guarantee a pick up date (then why list one) and a driver was being dispatched to you when you cancelled". This is very different from what Tony at dispatch had told us as well as everyone

I would not use this company ever again!!! Very misleading information provided to me, I was quoted $2300 for my pick-up /delivery they take a deposit and charge you 5% for putting the deposit on a credit card (most CC companies don't charge more than 1% these days) then I called to add a couple more items my total increased to $2700 when the delivery drivers showed up my total somehow got to $4200 I had to run to the bank machine to take out more cash, than the drivers forgot my mattress and Box spring when I called Alliance (which by the way is another pain so many departments and they don't

Really great workers, were very neat and careful with the furniture. Very respectful. Unfortunately I have to give 4 stars cause they did show up almost an hour late then scheduled and unfortunately pushed me later into work. But overall a really great business with reliable people.
And for anybody who chooses this company pleaaaaaase make sure you talk thoroughly and ask as much questions as you can!
