The Hemlock is our largest model to date. The wide front-facing windows and covered porch are reminiscent of a quiet New England cottage. I am beyond happy with my new home! It was prebuilt, but so happy I snagged this off the market! I got an inspection and there were very minor things that ironwood was willing to fix immediately! They are friendly, and help inform you. Their homes are beyond beautiful and well built. My inspector would’ve told me if it wasn’t built well, they did not cut corners like some builders. Some homes these days are not built well, and are slapped together, but I can gladly say these people go above and beyond and have pride in their work. So happy with my home, it’s beautiful.

Here is what is great. What you normally have to pay for as upgrades, Ironwood includes in their base price for their model. The updated kitchen, lights, tile finishes, wood beams...etc. Built a boxwood last year (2019) and the open space when you first walk in is my favorite part. Love, love, love <3
