If you want an unprofessional greeting when you call this number go for it. They’re booked for the next few months apparently but you wouldn’t know this number is tied to a business by the way the phone is answered. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone. The owner sends his son out to bid the job and the day that the job is to be performed the owner shows up at the site and claims that the bid is too low and the new price is a third higher than his son quoted. He attempts to strong-arm his customers into a last-minute increase a $1,500. He did not appear at the job until the day the job was to be performed and no where did he say that his son and his son's quote was not a valid quote. Stay away from these people because they are unprofessional and actually even worse . In addition, the so-called

We were very happy with Big Oak Tree Service. They removed a big oak tree from our yard and were very professional. The cost was reasonable and the crew was efficient and friendly. The clean up was very thorough too. We will definitely use them if a need comes up in the future.
