Started out good enough. They seemed like nice guys. But after looking at my AC unit they didn't seem like they understood what they were working with. At the end of the day it still didn't work. I wanted to call a different company to see if they knew the problem. I received an outrageous bill from Rock when they actually didn't fix the problem.

My furnace stopped working & I called Rock mechanical & they sent the guy name Nick & he was late, but very friendly, he checked my furnace & he showed me what was wrong with my furnace & it turned out that there was a kink on the tube, that's all but he still sticked around & turned on & off the furnace few times to make sure everything was fine & he changed my air filter without asking me, I didn't need that because I always have an extra air filter at home & I can change myself. Long story short, whole thing cost me $218
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

We were in a pinch with one of hottest days in August and he came to check out our weak AC. Turns out, whoever installed the AC did it backwards. He was able to get it fixed, and bent over backwards doing it. After that, he felt his job wasn't complete unless he checked out our furnace to make sure it was in good shape. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat! He knows his products and gets in and gets it done.
