Totally unprofessional . I called their company and booked an appointment almost two weeks out . They called the day before to cancel and offered an appointment another two weeks out . Life happens so the cancellation wasn't the issue but the way Jesse handled it was . I said ill take the appt and if something changes I will call you . He then said no I will only book it if it's a sure thing . I reminded him I had a sure thing appt and he was the one who cancelled . As a courtesy I was just letting him know that I would try to get another appt sooner and if I did I would call him .

My first time having carpet cleaned. There was a definite pet smell in the house so it was very much needed. Jesse came on time, gave us options and explained the choices. We decided to get the carpet deep cleaned and spruce up a chair and an area rug. It wasn't inexpensive but Jesse took his time and did a thorough job. Whole process took four hours. The carpet looks new, it is actually a new color, and the house smells fresh. Everything was fairly dry before he left. This may become an annual habit.

Coffee, dog urine, and fire ash, oh, my!
Jesse at Benicia Carpet Cleaning answered my call on a Sunday and was here the next day working wonders on my white carpet. Everything looked beautiful after he left. He even added in the bottom of my drapes which ended up with a splash of coffee from my spill.
Before leaving, he offered a couple of home remedies on how to work on removing dog urine from the carpets before my next full cleaning.
I will be using Benicia Carpet Cleaning for my regular cleanings since we now have a dog and live in a fire zone where ash ends up in the house, along with

More specifically I was interested in their pet-related carpet stain/odor removal. Jesse immediately responded to my online request, and was able to come out to my home the next day. Very happy with the quality services provided by Jessie!! Hes extremely knowledgeable, truly cares about his work and was more than willing to work with my budget. When he arrived he took his time to really explain things for me so I didn't feel like i was being ripped off. For reference i have a 2 year old, 3 month old and TWO dogs which have made our house super dirty lol so he cleaned our carpets and upholstery. They turned out better than expected!! I REALLY needed my carpet and furniture done. It had been too long. I called some other places but couldn't get anyone out. Benicia Carpet Cleaning was the only one that responded in a timely manner. I was skeptical to use a company I hadn't before but gave it a go. OHMYGOSH!!! Never using another company again. They are beyond thorough and take their time! This isn't your typical company that shows up and is gone in 45 minutes. They take their time and do it THE RIGHT way!! I am beyond happy and HIGHLY recommend them!!! I feel like I have new furniture and carpeting!!

My very old carpets hadn't been cleaned in awhile.
I called Benicia carpet cleaners. They were able to come the next day. They were professional and on time. They did an amazing job on my very old very stained carpets. I told them that I was not expecting much because the carpets were pretty bad...but I was honestly amazed at how GOOD they looked! The carpets are even fluffy on my feet!! Also they dried quick and I was able to get some newer chairs scotch guarded to keep them looking like new. They spent a lot of time and did a thorough job.
I would use them again and recommend!!

Wow. Hadn't cleaned the carpets in a few years and there were various stains, unidentifiable substances and dog urine spots (two puppies' worth). Carpets were a mess. Jesse worked really hard and the carpets look like new. Stains I was sure were there for good were beautifully cleaned up.
Jesse took his time and it shows. Very professional, and a very nice guy.
I will be using Jesse exclusively for future work. This is as good as it gets. So highly recommend.
