Professional and courteous guys! With pets and and 2 kids, I never knew our carpet could look so amazing! Plus, no chemical smells and dried pretty fast. Found it is owned by a fireman and others in the department. I highly recommend them and I will be using them every time in the future. 5⭐ isn't enough!

Highly recommend! When I called to make an appointment, Joshua answered right away answering all of my questions, and I was able to chose an appointment convenient to my schedule. The two gentlemen that came to clean my carpet ran ahead of schedule and called to see if they could come early, which is a bonus! They were very friendly and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job making my carpet look and smell new again! I will definitely use their services again!

The Carolina Green Steam team is awesome! They're responsive, friendly, professional, and respectful of their clients and their client's home. They were understanding and worked with me when I had to reschedule my appointment and they did a great job on the carpets! They and took care of a stain from a lava lamp as well as a stain and odor from an elderly cat who sometimes potties near the litter box instead of in it. I'll definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
