Ferran Construction was established in 1996 by Troy Ferran. Troy started his career as a Superintendent with McMullin homes, a Production Manager with Ryland Homes and Director of Construction with Fieldstone Homes. His experience with these companies allowed him to experience the building industry on many levels of the construction process.

I've had Ferran Construction help with a major water leak repair in my basement and many other remodel projects. Been super nice to call and just get it done timely and on budget. I've recommended them to a friend and they built their custom home on time and were great at making sure it was done right.

Very shady !!! Don't do business with them . Called to purchase a dirt bike they told us okay. Called several hours prior when they told us yes then called again to let them know we have been driving n was on our way for them to tell us they sold it out from underneath us. That's cool we will put this $2,000 in someone else's pocket!
