Alpine Homes has been building new homes in Utah since 1994. We are dedicated to developing homes and neighborhoods that enhance the environment of which they are a part. We are committed to delivering value to homebuyers through thoughtful planning, superior design, and quality craftsmanship. Tour an Alpine Homes home today and experience a dependable home builder committed to Quality, Choice & Value.
We are lov-ing our new home. Aneleise & Suzette were both fan-tas-tic to work with, going the extra mile to make sure we had any ques-tions answered quick-ly. Every-thing seemed to flow smooth-ly with lit-tle to no issues. The only sug-ges-tion I would have is hav-ing writ-ten instruc-tions (as we did not receive any) on the sprin-klers and get-ting the lines win-ter-ized.
Over-all we enjoyed the whole process and had pos-i-tive inter-ac-tions with all we came in con-tact with at Alpine Homes. I have been told from many peo-ple that build-ing a home is the most stress-ful thing that you could ever go through and that most home builders are hard to work with, that is not true with Alpine.

Just bought a home from Alpine Homes. Jon Knight helped us out. He is amazing. There was one issue with the paint that we noticed after we closed, and he stepped up and got it fixed right away. He bent over backwards just to make sure that we were happy. Even after all was said and done, he still texts to make sure we are still happy with quality and the home. Jon is definitely someone you want to deal with.
Other than the paint issue, the house is beautiful and checks every box.
We are loving our new Home.

Working with Alpine Homes and Michael Fausett was great! My fiancé and I purchased our dream home and we couldn't be happier. Michael was always there to answer our questions and Alpine certainly knows how to build beautiful, quality homes. We can't wait to see what the rest of the neighborhood looks like and are so excited for others to have a great experience like we did.

This is the third new build home we have bought and by far the best experience. Alpine homes built a high quality home with very modern upgraded features. Alpine's Agents Aneleise and Kerrie were so amazing to work with, they felt like our personal agents. I have and will continue to recommend them and Alpine homes to friends and family. If you are in the market and want a home that exceeds expectations with people who truly care about you and not just making the sale, go see Aneleise and Kerrie over at the New Park location.

Earlier this year I tried buying a home with Alpine Homes. Unfortunately I was an able to qualify for the purchase of the home I wanted. Alpine Homes had me signed documents and even took $11,500 from me. The real estate agent I was working with literally left me high and dry so I was on my own. Once I didn’t qualify for the loan I went and requested the $11,500 back and they said the money I put down is NON REFUNDABLE. Now a few months went by and the Military asked me to move outside the state of Utah to another duty station, so I went to Alpine Homes again to request the money back or some

I had the great opportunity to by an Alpine home with selling agent Sonia. It was a fantastic experience and I couldn't be happier with my home. Sonia was amazing. She was transparent, honest, upbeat, knowledgable, and pleasure to work with through the whole process. Building a home is a huge process with plenty of unexpected challenges and stressful situations. Sonia was an asset and made the whole thing so much easier. I highly recommend working with her and Alpine Homes!

NEVER buy an Alpine home. We built a brand new home with them and have had nothing but problems. Our basement has flooded since it was built. Getting them to do anything was like pulling teeth. They acted like we had just purchased a lamp, not a home. I had a civil engineer come over and measure that our grading in the backyard was all sloped in to our house causing the flooding. Alpine finally came out and put in a cheap ineffective drain that fixed nothing. I'm left with a mess for a house and a company that won't own it's mistakes. This has been an issue for multiple Alpine homes

We were so pleased with the home Alpine built. Floor plan, design features, location, everything was spot on. Quality construction through and through.
Kerrie and Aneleise were wonderful to work with. They kept us in the loop throughout the build process, and really went the extra mile to get us in our home as quick as possible. We can’t thank them enough for all their hard work on our behalf.
In a market that is so competitive, with many people having terrible buying and building experiences; it was refreshing to have a builder deliver a quality home without any of the drama others are experiencing

As a new home construction specialist with 15+ years experience I've personally guided about 500 people through the new home construction process. I've worked with a dozen different homebuilders & Alpine homes is easily one of the best in the state. Alpine provides great value wherever they build. The company responds quickly to questions during the home build process & to warranty requests after move in. You can build with confidence when you choose Alpine homes.

I almost bought an Alpine home and I am so glad I did not!! The homes behind me are Alpine homes and the home directly behind me is flooding my backyard. So much to the fact that was have had to dig trenches to keep the flooding at the back of the yard. The trenches fill with water and the water just sits there. I can't put a back yard in because of this. Our neighbor who is flooding us has submitted a warranty because they put in his backyard. They denied it and said it was not his responsibility. Oh, and I am not the only one being flooded. My other neighbor who is also being flooded has

We bought a home in the arbor estate sub division. And moved in Almost 5 months ago . The house is in a great location and has wonderful floor plans. There are some nice finishes and features. It is terrible that it was poorly built. Alpine built too many houses at one time and is not able to get enough quality workers and subcontractors to build the homes well. Behind the beautiful exterior are all kinds of deficiencies. The real estate agent was great to work with, the project manager is would have been better had Alpine not been pushing all the houses. However, that was not the case and we

I have sold two Alpine homes. Both of my customers were very happy. We looked everywhere and Alpine had the bright, light floor plans, large rooms and standard features that were expensive upgrades with other builders. Both customers used their own mortgage company but Alpine did screen them with their guy. Price per square foot and great location is what sold me and why I recommended them.

BUYER BEWARE pay attention to the other reviews, go on google and the better business bureau. Those complaints are REAL. I read them all before we moved forward with Alpine homes and thought oh maybe it was just one of "those people" and a freak situation... well now Im on the receiving end. Here's the gist of it all. If their subcontractors screw up, if they frame your house wrong, if they don't finish something, or say they will do/fix something... NOTHING WILL EVER ACTUALLY BE DONE ABOUT IT. Andrew their warranty administrator will do or say anything to make you feel happy

I signed to buy a house with Alpine was told closing would be on the 28th of September. Two days later they tell me that the closing should be on the 10th. I have to push to have it moved back some to get moved. I thought all was well until I informed them I was going with someone other than their preferred lender. Sonia become very rude and communication ceased and I was treated rudely as well as my agent. They moved my closing date a week before closing and just were not nice. I reached out to speak with management and never received a call. I decided I would not be treated that rudely when

Rob Ninow was terrible to work with in Herriman. Hidden policies and miscommunication between he and his sister made trying to purchase a house from them hell. I guess it's a sister/brother deal.) When I was frustrated he said that it doesn't matter because he "won't have a problem selling the home." He also gave my number and email to potential lenders and warranty salesmen.

I am currently building with Alpine... The carpet went in upstairs while the rest of the house is filthy as well as the garage. There is still a ton of work to be finished upstairs and they refuse to put plastic on the carpet! My boys have asthma, I have requested plastic and my agent has requested plastic be put down but they still refuse. I will have to get my brand new carpet shampooed before I move in... I'm very disappointed!

I bought a Alpine Home at Independence Village in Bluffdale. My wife and I are both more than pleased with our purchase! The Alpine Homes team is awesome and they are very easy to work with. I don't understand some of these reviews with their customer service... My experience was great whenever I had a question or concern.
One thing people have to understand is that when a new home is built - no home builder is perfect. There are going to be touch ups or fixes. Alpine Homes did a great job building our home and handling our concerns. I would recommend them to others 100%

My husband and I recently bought a home in the Willis Crossing area, in Lehi (late October). We could not be more disappointed with Alpine Homes and highly suggest purchasing a home with a different builder. Not only has our doorbell never worked, we've been unable to keep our screen door on the rails and our water heater doesn't stay on for more than a few days. Our paint looks as if it were done by children, drips, graininess, patchy and altogether missing paint throughout the house. Our walls are paper thin, no insulation between them. There are holes all over the home (walls, doors

I'm a realtor with Remax and have worked with many builders in Utah and salt lake county. Alpine homes is a builder that I've sold more homes with than any other builder because their product is top notch and their process is smooth and organized. Suzette and Analeise are excellent sales agents with Alpine homes and they often times sent picture updates in a group text with me and my clients. Their communication has been prompt in every deal.

I have been selling Real Estate in Utah County for 20 years. I have sold 2000 homes directly in that time with my partner. I have also owned several of the RE/MAX franchises.
I have sold a couple homes with Alpine but this 2015 is the first one since 2007 I have worked with them on and clients built it in Vineyard. I can say it seems like they rushed it and things were a little sloppy. All the caulk cracked the paint as they painted it too soon and the caulk was not dry for example.
