Cotner Associates, Inc. Architects was formed in July of 1987 by incorporating the private architectural practice of Lloyd C. Cotner with that of John M. Cotner, his son. Offices were established and maintained in two areas, Montoursville, PA and Fernandina Beach, FL. In 1992, the offices were consolidated in Fernandina Beach with the expectation of expanding services in this area.
