Hancock Park II Report

There is no bigger compliment than past clients calling on me to do another house with them. The owners of the Los Feliz house moved to a historic Tudor in Hancock Park and commissioned a second round of design. Taking their midcentury sensibilities and fitting it to a completely different architectural style house was a challenge I was motivated to accept.

Sherman Oaks Report

A traditional style home had been recently renovated to accentuate key architectural details like the wainscotting and exposed beams. Stretching design muscles to work in our signature clean lines with furnishings and decor into the more traditional style, a fresh take on New Trad was created.

Veneer Retreat Report

The designer's own vacation home in the desert near Joshua Tree National Park. A small space styled to the max to showcase Scandifornian style. Bold tile, an oversized pendant light, black and white minimal pieces mixed with desert-hued accents and vintage finds come together for a special retreat from the city.

Bel Aire Remodel Report

A large house in Bel Aire underwent a gut remodel and transformed from 90s basic modern to a contemporary expression of minimalist California cool. The newlywed couple who owns this house was not afraid to experiment with new materials and colors. The kitchen, laundry/mudroom, master suite, and 4 bathrooms were all given specialized attention with an array of custom built-ins and tile unlike any other houses of this caliber around town.
