Robert, Jonny, and Daniel’s customer service was exceptional. I moved out of state so the entire trip from start to finished took about 11 hours. The guys were top tier the entire process and kept me updated concerning ETA given some unforeseen issues with Covid. I would highly recommend this company with a specific request for the above individuals. They all demonstrated exceptional leadership and worked harmoniously.

John and Robert were fantastic. My move was a bit complicated involving large, heavy furniture, stairs, an elevator and narrow spaces. They were professional, courteous and very strategic regarding the care of my belongings. The move took longer than anticipated however
they remained diligent and professional throughout the entire process. They provided outstanding service and I am glad I chose Easy Moves. These guys are the best and I couldn’t have transitioned into my new space without them.

I would highly recommend Easy Moves. They take great pride and care in their work. Robert, Andrew, and Larry all worked very hard with very good attitudes. At scheduled a move for a Saturday over 2 weeks out. They had called me several times to confirm my appointment for the move. The morning of the move they said they would be there between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. . I waited for over an hour no one ever showed up or even called to say they were running late or wasn't going to make it. Tried the office several times although it says they are open they did not answer the phone. Would not recommend them

John and Reggie did an excellent job. The estimate was a little low, but that was only because it was a smart refrigerator and they had not moved many of those, so it took a little longer than expected, however they took great care in making sure nothing was damaged, so the cost was well worth it.

Beware people, these movers are negligent in their promise's. The call themselves Easy Movers out of Pelham, AL. A movers sole responsibility in moving (all of your) designated possessions to a secure location that has been assigned by owner. They not only didn't move all of my possessions they flat out refused to do so. They asked for more money and when I refused to pay them more money they upped and left leaving me hanging to move what amounted to 10+ more boxes. This happened on the 10th of May 2021. They don't deserve to be rated at all, what they do deserve is to loose their privileges to

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We planned our move this past Saturday (the move was time sensitive) and the moving crew was scheduled to come at ~9:45 AM. No one showed up. Robert texted me and said that the crew would not be coming and that he would get there 4-5 hours later and do the move himself with another mover. I asked him to call and discuss and he never did. We waited a total of 8 hours and no one showed up. We repeatedly texted Robert (his phone always went to voice mail) and he did not answer. We finally left the move site and went home. He finally called at 8PM and said
