Joe’s wife answered the phone when I called to make an appointment. She is extremely personable. I was set up for an appointment within a week. Joe called on the day he was due to let me know he would be a little late then called to let me know he was on his way. This is one remarkable guy. He fixed things I wasn’t aware were broken. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely use again!

We have had MAJOR plumbing issues for a LONG time here! After trying to get local plumbers out for OVER A YEAR, that people said were “good”, I found Remarkable! They answered the phone the first time I called, scheduled an appointment that wasn’t months out, sent me confirmation and reminder emails and came out the scheduled day ON TIME! He did awesome work, was professional and FRIENDLY!! As a single mom of four kids, it was GREAT to have people whom you could trust and did not overcharge! I wish I had seen them earlier in my searches! But all in God’s time, I don&rsquo
